The Office of Economic Development administers the Borough’s Urban Enterprise Zone, a State job creation and economic development program. Urban Enterprise Zone offers a 6.825% tax credit on all major construction & capital improvement and the first $100,000 of purchases & supplies within a fiscal year, plus 3.5% sales tax to customers except for restaurants.
