Guide to the Carteret Parks System

The Borough has ten parks which include numerous amenities such as baseball/softball fields, soccer and football fields, basketball and tennis courts, ponds, walking paths, boccie ball courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, miniature golf course, rock climbing, a fishing pier and more.

To obtain a permit to use a field or a park, you must fill out a permit application form and submit it to the parks department.

If you would like a tree removed along the curb line in front of your home, please contact the Parks Department directly, and there will be a charge of $350.00 per tree.
