Carteret, NJ: Uncork Spring – A NJ Wine Experience returns for its third annual
celebration on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the URSB Carteret
Performing Arts and Events Center.
This highly anticipated springtime event brings together wine enthusiasts, local wineries, and
unique vendors for an afternoon dedicated to tasting, shopping, eating, and community
connection. Since its debut, Uncork Spring has continued to grow, establishing itself as a
signature New Jersey wine experience.
Attendees can look forward to:
• Wine tastings from a curated selection of New Jersey wineries
• Shopping from specialty vendors and local artisans
• An array of delicious food available for purchase at The Underground
• A vibrant indoor venue perfect for an early spring gathering
This unique wine event offers guests the opportunity to sample and purchase a wide variety of wines. Make your way from winery to winery to explore seasonal releases, discover new favorites, and meet the winemakers themselves while learning about the passion and process behind their distinctive blends.
Participating Wineries include: Angelico Winery, Chestnut Run Farm, Cream Ridge Winery,
DiMatteo Vineyard, Federal Twist Winery, Plagido’s Winery, Terra Nonno Winery, Tomasello
Winery, Valenzano Winery, Villari Vineyards, and Wagonhouse Winery.
